Kindest Events is a web-based event ticketing and attendee management tool for nonprofits running galas, auctions, and other ticketed in-person gatherings. It combines branded event pages, multiple ticket types, capacity limits, invitations, attendee registration, seating assignments, bid numbers, and check-in. Organizations can check guests in by name, email, or ticket code, while tickets, donations, attendee information, donor records, and reporting remain connected in one account. Its strongest fit is for nonprofits managing seated fundraising events that need event operations and donor information in the same system.
Pricing is structured around a free Kickstart plan and a paid Growth plan. Kickstart includes unlimited fundraising pages and donation forms, embeddable donation forms, nonprofit CRM, automated emails and transaction reporting, core integrations, and 3 admin seats. Growth is listed at $1,800 per year with annual billing. It adds custom branding and a custom domain, removes “Powered by Kindest,” enables automated workflows with auto-tagging, includes premium integrations including Salesforce, adds SMS text messaging campaigns, and provides 12 hours of one-to-one sessions. Event ticketing is included in the existing Kindest account rather than listed with a separate event-specific price.
The product’s main depth is operational coordination for seated events. Ticket options can be invite-only or hidden, attendee lists can be imported and exported, and staff can view live check-in counts. Integrations with Salesforce, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Double the Donation, and Bloomerang extend its fit for nonprofit communications, fundraising, and CRM workflows. Nonprofits that want connected registration, seating, check-in, and donor records should consider Kindest Events. Organizations planning event formats beyond in-person gatherings, or needing advanced branding and workflows without the Growth plan, may prefer an alternative.
