KiliMax is an ERP platform for African retailers, wholesalers, distributors and other businesses. It brings accounting and finance management, inventory tracking, purchasing, sales reporting, invoicing, credit management and point-of-sale capabilities into one system. Retailers can track stock across stores and warehouses, operate POS offline, manage multi-currency payments and use AI-assisted ordering and business insights. KiliPOS and KiliStore connect with the ERP system for in-store and online commerce, giving businesses a broader retail operations setup than a standalone accounting tool.
Pricing makes KiliMax especially relevant to smaller retailers. The Basic plan costs USD 49 per year and includes Purchases, Inventory, Finance and Standard reports, while Sales or POS is available as an add-on. Standard costs USD 129 per year and adds M-Pesa integration, customized reports, and WhatsApp and email integration. Advanced costs USD 259 per year and adds document storage and drive. Enterprise adds multiple companies, multiple currencies, Field CRM, AI agents and enterprise support. The plan structure keeps core operations inexpensive, but retailers that need integrated POS should account for the Basic add-on.
Its strongest fit is for businesses that need accounting alongside inventory, procurement and store-level visibility rather than a narrow bookkeeping product. Integrations include M-Pesa, Loop, eTIMS, MTN, PalmPay, QuickBooks and ZahaBooks, supporting connections across payments, tax and accounting workflows. Offline POS is useful for retail environments where connectivity is inconsistent, while consolidated reporting supports multi-location oversight. KiliMax is a sensible choice for small retailers seeking broad core operations at a low annual price. Businesses requiring a free plan, a non-web platform or POS included in the entry tier should consider alternatives.
