Kiku is web-based practice management and scheduling software for independent therapists and therapy teams. Its core workspace combines appointment scheduling, diary management, online booking, therapist profile pages, secure client messaging, clinical notes, digital contracts, intake forms and financial reporting. Clients can use a free account to view appointments, manage bookings, make payments, message therapists and download receipts. It is particularly suited to solo therapists who want scheduling and practice administration in one service without a high monthly starting price.

Pricing is structured around three plans for independent therapists and three corresponding plans for organisations. Safe Notes costs £6.99 per therapist per month and includes secure client data storage, clinical notes, appointment scheduling, client communications, card payment processing and online booking. Therapy Planner costs £12.99 per therapist per month and adds up to 4 customisable SAQ or psychometric forms. The Works costs £16.99 per therapist per month and adds unlimited SAQ and psychometric forms while retaining card payment processing. Organisation plans cost £16.99, £26.99 or £34.99 per month for Safe Notes, Therapy Planner or The Works, respectively, and include an administrator account and service-wide client database. A 30-day free trial is available, with monthly billing shown on the vendor’s pricing page.

Kiku’s ecosystem fit is focused and practical: two-way Google Calendar integration supports diary coordination, while Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay support payments. The client dashboard brings bookings, payments and receipts together, and financial tools include invoices, receipts and reporting. That makes Kiku a clear fit for solo practitioners prioritising low-cost scheduling, payments and records. Practices choosing a platform around built-in video appointments or insurance claims should choose an alternative, as those capabilities are outside Kiku’s stated feature set.
