Kiero OMS brings orders from Allegro, WooCommerce, Etsy and Kiero Store into a shared workflow for online sellers. It is aimed at sole proprietors, small shops, growing e-commerce businesses and larger wholesalers that need order handling alongside stock, shipping and after-sale tasks. The product manages catalogues, listings, prices and shared inventory, then links shipments, labels, tracking, invoices, receipts, corrections, returns, refunds, replacements and complaints to orders. Email, Allegro messages and complaint chats can also be brought into order threads, keeping customer conversations near the transaction rather than in a separate workflow.
Its ecosystem fit is centered on Polish selling and shipping tools, with integrations including Allegro, InPost, Furgonetka, BLPaczka and Fakturownia.pl, as well as Etsy, WooCommerce, Kiero Store and Scanye. Gmail / IMAP, Telegram and Slack are also listed. WooCommerce synchronization covers orders, products, prices, stock and statuses through REST API and webhooks. Pricing scales from Free at 0 PLN per month, with up to 100 orders and 500 products and limited technical support, to Starter at 99 PLN, Growth at 299 PLN and Enterprise at 2999 PLN monthly. Starter includes sync every 10 minutes, three employee accesses and basic integrations; Growth raises sync to every minute, allows five employee accesses and adds priority support handling. Enterprise includes unlimited orders, one-minute sync, dedicated support and an SLA. A 15-day full-access trial is available. This structure gives small sellers a low-cost way to begin, while faster sync and stronger support sit on higher tiers. Kiero OMS suits sellers within its channel mix; businesses needing other channel coverage should consider alternatives that explicitly support those sales sources.
