A broad distribution ERP for UK ecommerce businesses managing purchasing, warehouses and delivery.

Khaos Control is an ERP and business management platform for wholesale, distribution, retail, manufacturing and other multichannel businesses. For UK ecommerce distributors, it brings purchasing, supplier records, inventory, sales orders, warehouse operations, courier management, accounting and ecommerce connections into one system. Its warehouse scope includes receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, location management, transfers across sites, barcode scanning and batch traceability. That makes it suited to businesses that need more than basic stock control, particularly those handling multiple warehouses, expiry-sensitive goods or several sales channels.
Pricing is structured around the required configuration. The Essential plan starts at £504 per month and is described as a ready-to-go ERP solution. Enterprise starts at £1,250 per month and is configured for specific business needs. The Ecommerce product is described as a bespoke ecommerce solution rather than given a published starting price. Published pricing may also be subject to onboarding, implementation, VAT and scoping fees. Buyers should therefore compare the plan structure with their operational requirements, especially if supplier workflows, site transfers, batch controls and courier processes all need to be included.
Its ecosystem fit is a central strength. Khaos Control lists integrations with Amazon, eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce, alongside Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, FedEx, DPD and Royal Mail. Courier rules, shipping labels and consignment tracking extend the platform beyond inventory and purchasing. The trade-off is breadth: businesses seeking only a lightweight ecommerce stock tool may find this wider ERP scope and paid pricing harder to justify. Choose Khaos Control when warehouse execution, purchasing control and traceability are core requirements; consider a narrower alternative when those workflows are not needed.
