KeyPay combines cloud payroll processing with employee self-service and workforce tools for Australian businesses and payroll service providers. Its feature set spans timesheets, reporting, rostering, accounting and workforce integrations, as well as ATO reporting and automated super payments. Employees can use a portal or the WorkZone mobile app to view payslips, update personal details, submit timesheets and request leave. The product is positioned for small and mid-market organizations, with web, iOS and Android access.

The clearest distinction between the main plans is award handling. KeyPay Standard includes flexible payroll, employee self-service, timesheets, reporting, ATO electronic lodgements and quarterly super processing. KeyPay Plus includes those Standard features and adds the Pay Conditions Engine, Award Interpretation, rostering and a Time & Attendance Kiosk. The vendor lists Standard and Plus as per-active-employee monthly plans on feature pages; according to the vendor's pricing page, prices are in AUD and include GST. The Partner plan is aimed at resellers, with a fully branded solution, reseller pricing, second-level technical support and an optional custom domain with SSL certificate.

For employers that need award interpretation alongside payroll, Plus brings relevant pay-condition and workforce functions together. Integrations include QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Saasu, Odoo, Agrimaster, FreshBooks, Zoho Books, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Employment Hero and Beam. That breadth can suit organizations already using those accounting or workforce platforms. Businesses that only need core payroll may find Standard a closer fit; those that do not need Australian payroll compliance or award interpretation should compare alternatives designed for their requirements. Payroll managers should also confirm that the plan's workflow and reporting match their own pay-cycle needs before choosing.
