Kerna is an AI email assistant for people and organizations working in Gmail or Outlook. It drafts replies from email threads, composes new messages from topics or saved instructions, summarizes conversations, translates email in 45 languages and sorts inboxes with custom or industry categories. It also extracts dates, contacts, tasks and fields from messages and PDF, DOC or XLS attachments. Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Sheets and Microsoft 365 are supported across web, Windows and macOS.

The plans scale from individual use to team administration. Starter costs €0 per month and includes 50,000 tokens, GPT-4, basic reply functionality and a single-user license. Standard costs €12 per month with 500,000 tokens, GPT-5.6, basic summaries and translation for one user. Pro costs €22 per month with 1,000,000 tokens, advanced improvement and native-level writing. Business costs €69 per month and includes 7,500,000 shared tokens, shared prompts and billing, team member management and five team seats. Enterprise costs €499 per month with 50,000,000 shared tokens, processing logs, CSV export, priority contact and 25 team seats.

Its broadest advantage is the connection between writing and inbox operations. Users can control reply tone and intent, translate messages, triage mail, and move extracted information into Sheets, Docs, Excel, Word or CSV. That makes Kerna a strong fit for multilingual workflows that also involve attachments, contacts, dates or tasks. Individual users should compare the token allowances with their volume, while teams needing shared billing and member management should look at Business or Enterprise. Kerna is less suitable for users who specifically require a browser extension or want multi-user access on an individual plan.
