KeoBat brings site coordination and office oversight together for building contractors and their field and office teams. Field workers can record hours, share photos and videos, check schedules, and reserve tools from mobile apps, while office staff can assign tasks, validate time entries, and review site progress. The product also includes project-based chat, document storage, and multi-site dashboards with progress and cost indicators. It is aimed at small and mid-market teams that want day-to-day coordination tools across job sites rather than a narrow time-tracking app.

The published plan is €14 per user per month, billed monthly, with all features included and no commitment. The vendor states that the price is shown excluding tax (HT). A 14-day free trial is available without a payment card, but it is not a free plan. Annual billing and reduced volume pricing are available on request. This simple plan structure makes the entry cost easy to understand, though there is no lower-feature tier for teams that need only a subset of the tools.

Mobile access is central to KeoBat: it documents iOS and Android apps as well as a web interface, and its feature set spans scheduling, time-entry validation, media capture, chat, documents, and QR-based equipment tracking. Silae, Sage, and ADP integrations, plus CSV payroll exports, give teams options for handling payroll data. The product lists GDPR compliance and documentation as its support channel. Choose KeoBat if your crew wants one mobile-oriented place for site coordination and equipment tracking at a per-user price; look elsewhere if your buying decision depends on a broader choice of plans or support channels beyond documentation.

    • The published plan offers no tier choices: all features come in one plan.
    • Support channels list documentation only.
