Kedeyo Cloud Contact Center is a browser-based contact center platform for Indian sales, support, collections, healthcare, education and public-sector teams. It combines inbound and outbound voice with IVR, predictive, progressive and preview dialing, WhatsApp Business API, SMS, email and web chat. Skill, language and caller-history routing, searchable call recordings, live wallboards, supervisor monitoring, campaign reports and agent scorecards give small teams a broad operating toolkit. The platform is available through web and API access, with CRM screen-pop, IMAP/SMTP and REST API integrations.
Pricing is organized across Starter, Growth and Business plans, with monthly and annual billing per agent. Starter is ₹999 per agent per month or ₹11,988 per agent per year, including unlimited inbound calls, one-level basic IVR, a basic FAQ Voice Bot, three months of call recording and email support. Growth costs ₹1,999 monthly or ₹23,988 annually and adds multi-level IVR, the full AI Voice Bot, an advanced live dashboard, time-based routing, API access, six months of recording and priority support. Business is ₹2,499 monthly or ₹29,988 annually, adding advanced IVR, 12 months of recording, campaign calling, sticky agent and a dedicated account manager.
The strongest fit is a small team that wants voice and digital channels together without assembling separate tools. AI transcripts, sentiment analysis and automatic quality grading extend the platform beyond basic dialing, while routing and monitoring features support structured customer operations. The trade-off is scale: the listed maximum is two agents, and workforce management is not part of the offering. Larger contact centers or teams planning substantial agent growth should choose a platform built for broader workforce operations. For compact Indian sales and support teams, Kedeyo’s narrow team-size limit is balanced by wide channel coverage and clear plan progression.
