Kasera Pay review
A usage-priced Indonesian gateway for QRIS, bank Virtual Accounts and API-led checkout.

Kasera Pay is an Indonesian payment gateway for online sellers, developers, communities and event organizers. It creates dynamic QRIS payment requests with locked amounts and supports eight active bank Virtual Account methods. Merchants can share hosted payment links or checkout pages, while a transaction dashboard reports status automatically. Settlement goes to a verified bank account on a selected schedule, and the service is operated by PT Kasera Technologies Indonesia.
The published plans use pay-as-you-go pricing. QRIS charges 0.7% plus a Rp250 Kasera fee per successful transaction, with no monthly or registration fee. Virtual Account transactions cost Rp5,000 each. Bank payouts cost Rp3,000 per payout, with a Rp10,000 minimum. Scheduled settlement options include daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly or manual. For custom storefronts and workflows, the REST API creates payment requests, signed webhooks report events, and Idempotency-Key support helps control duplicate requests. WooCommerce integration documentation is also available.
Kasera Pay fits Indonesian merchants that need QRIS and bank-account collection without building payment status tracking from scratch. Its cloud delivery, hosted checkout, API, dashboard and recurring-billing support cover both lightweight links and more integrated implementations. Choose it when QRIS, Virtual Accounts and Indonesian-rupiah settlement are the core requirements. Businesses needing in-person acceptance, multi-currency processing or broader payment-method coverage should consider a provider with a wider regional or global network instead.
