Kaidou brings QR table ordering, pickup orders and restaurant operations into a browser-based platform aimed at food businesses in the Philippines. Customers can order from their phones without installing an app, while staff work with a built-in POS, kitchen display and menu tools. That makes it a fit for small venues that want table ordering alongside core front-of-house and kitchen workflows, rather than a standalone ordering page.

The free plan is PHP 0 and includes QR table ordering, a customer app, kitchen display, POS, basic analytics and reports. Payments include cash, GCash, Maya, card and QR Ph. Limits apply to items, tables, staff and orders. Premium adds online ordering without a table, promo codes, loyalty points, recipe-based inventory tracking, staff roles and permissions, and analytics export. Gold includes Premium features plus custom integrations and webhooks, a multi-branch central dashboard, dedicated onboarding and an account manager, and priority 24/7 support. The category starting price is PHP 799, but the plan details here do not map that amount to a named paid tier.

Operationally, Kaidou covers table and floor-plan management, group ordering, split bills, modifiers and add-ons, and kitchen order and item status controls. Inventory tools can deduct stock automatically from recipes and provide low-stock alerts. PayMongo, GCash, Maya, card and QR Ph are listed payment integrations, and the product is available on web, Android and iOS. The key trade-off is channel scope: pickup and QR-table ordering are supported, but delivery is not. Venues that need those ordering flows plus POS and kitchen coordination may find the combination relevant; restaurants that depend on delivery orders should look elsewhere.
