KadaiOS combines point-of-sale counter billing with kitchen display workflows for food outlets and QSRs. It is aimed at small to mid-sized businesses, particularly venues that want billing, ordering, waiter tools, and kitchen operations in one cloud-based system. Its food-service features include a multi-station Kitchen Display System, QR menu and ordering, paperless WhatsApp digital billing, offline billing, sales reporting, and a waiter mobile app. The platform also serves retail, salons, spas, clinics, cinemas, and auditoriums.
Pricing starts with Starter at INR 399 per month. That plan includes counter sales billing, QR menu and ordering, KDS, menu management, digital bill view, and monthly and yearly sales reports. Growth adds a custom branded storefront, customer insights, a loyalty program, priority support, a multi-outlet dashboard, and centralized management. Business adds premium support, an advanced AI assistant, and future integrations, while also including the Growth capabilities. Business is marked coming soon. An annual option is advertised with one month free. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
