Our verdict on Jyoti Yoga

Jyoti Yoga is an on-demand yoga and wellbeing app aimed at adults in midlife and beyond. Its YogaBuilder personalises sessions around available time, mobility, preferred practice style and target body areas, with chair, supported-standing and mat-based movement options. The app also includes on-demand videos, everyday movement videos, relaxation and sleep audio, wellbeing check-ins, practice tracking, community features and in-app guidance. It is a fit for people who want guided practice adapted to different mobility needs, rather than a catalogue organised around named styles or live classes within the app.

The membership is paid, with a seven-day trial and two plans: Full Jyoti membership (Monthly) costs £9.99 per month, while Full Jyoti membership (Annual) costs £59.99 per year. Both plans unlock the app's listed features. The annual option lowers the effective monthly cost for someone willing to pay for a year at once; the monthly plan offers a shorter commitment. There is no free plan. Live online classes are offered separately from the app, so buyers looking for instructor-led sessions as part of the app experience may prefer a different option.
