JYL Visitor is visitor management software for reception areas and small and medium-sized businesses. It records arrivals, prints visitor badges, emails hosts when visitors arrive, stores visit history, and provides CSV or PDF exports. Reception teams can also use optional photo capture, browser-based visit statistics, smartphone QR-code self-registration, and an emergency list of people currently on site. Local-network support allows multiple reception workstations to share the system.

Pricing is structured around a 15-day trial and three paid options. Basic is the trial plan and includes visitor check-in, badge printing, and notifications. Standard costs €9 per month and adds all features, reports and export, email support, and updates. Advance costs €90 per year with the same feature set and support inclusions. Full costs €590 as a one-time purchase and includes all features, support for 3 years, and updates. The paid plans suit organizations that want predictable visitor administration without a per-user price shown here.

The platform fit is straightforward but narrow: JYL Visitor supports Windows PCs, web access, browser-based statistics, smartphones for QR self-registration, and local-network multi-station use. It does not include integrations, so organizations needing visitor records connected to other workplace systems should consider an alternative. Choose JYL Visitor when reception check-in, printed passes, host notifications, exports, and emergency visibility are the priority. Choose another product when broader platform coverage or an integrated software ecosystem matters more than a focused reception workflow.
