Join It is cloud-based membership management software for associations, nonprofits, clubs, communities, and other membership organizations. It brings together member records, one-time and recurring payments, renewal reminders, lifecycle emails, events, directories, digital membership cards, and self-service tools. Organizations can use a hosted membership website and public profile, or connect the platform to an existing site with links and embeddable purchase widgets. Members can access a portal, view members-only posts, and use digital cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Pricing is structured around monthly plans: Starter costs $29 per month, Total costs $99 per month, and Extra costs $199 per month. Annual versions of Starter, Total, and Extra are also listed, along with an Enterprise plan. According to the published pricing details, paid memberships and paid event registrations incur a 1.5%–3% service fee, in addition to separate Stripe processing fees. The platform also offers a free trial. Custom domains are documented for the Extra package, while API and webhook access is available on supported plans. This makes Join It suitable for organizations that want hosted membership infrastructure with room for integrations, but the service fees should be part of the budget for paid programs.
Its integration coverage is a central strength. Join It connects with Stripe, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, Airtable, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Ghost, and Zapier. The web and API platforms support a range of website, communication, payment, event, finance, and automation workflows. Organizations that need a hosted membership experience with recurring billing and connected tools should find the feature mix relevant. Those prioritizing lower payment-related fees or API access outside supported plans may prefer a platform with a different fee structure or plan design.
