Joget is an open-source low-code and no-code platform for building, automating, and deploying enterprise applications. It is aimed at business teams creating applications with little or no coding, as well as professional developers who need scripting, Java-based plugins, custom APIs, and external service integrations. Its core workflow scope covers forms, lists, user interfaces, themes, human and system tasks, notifications, deadlines, escalations, decision rules, process routing, monitoring, logging, and audit trails. Responsive web applications and Progressive Web App support extend those processes to mobile users.

The plan structure is designed around team size, application capacity, and deployment requirements. The Free Tier supports 3 users after the 14-day trial. Starter supports 5 to 25 users, 10 apps, unlimited workflows, and community forum support. Standard supports 5 to 100 users, 20 apps, unlimited workflows, and enterprise support. Enterprise and Large Enterprise both require a minimum of 100 users and include unlimited apps and workflows; Enterprise adds a dedicated server, while Large Enterprise adds a dedicated clustered environment. This makes Joget suitable for organizations that may outgrow a small-team deployment, though the free tier is narrow for larger process groups.

Integration and extensibility are major strengths. Joget includes built-in JSON and JavaScript APIs, REST JSON and SOAP XML integrations, and a plugin architecture for custom integrations and extensions. Listed connections include Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SMTP, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Apache Kafka, UiPath, and Microsoft SharePoint. AI Designer, AI Composer, and AI Agent Builder are also included among its capabilities. Choose Joget when approvals, conditional routing, auditability, deployment flexibility, and application-level customization matter. A simpler automation tool may be a better fit for teams needing only lightweight task triggers.
