jobSAFE is a cloud-based, modular health and safety management system for organisations across New Zealand, Australia and other markets. It is aimed at businesses in construction, forestry, tourism, mining, retail, manufacturing and traffic management, as well as teams that need a central record of safety activity. The platform supports incident, accident and near-miss reporting, risk assessments, audits, corrective actions, safety observations, meetings, training, contractor management and hazard management. Management teams can also use reporting and searchable safety records to review activity across the organisation.

Its main strength is breadth within safety operations. Teams can assess equipment, locations, processes and behaviours; record audit findings; assign tasks; and manage follow-up reminders. Safety training, contractor records and hazard workflows sit alongside incident management rather than requiring separate tools. Configurable SafeStart and pre-start forms add a way to adapt procedures to an organisation’s operating context. The published plans show the Starter and Medium tiers covering the base system, incident and near-miss reporting, safety tools and the hazard management module. Business and Enterprise add environmental management and active safety management.

Platform fit is straightforward but focused. jobSAFE is delivered through the web, with responsive access on tablets and mobile devices, so it suits distributed teams that work through browser-based procedures and records. Its listed integration is with centralised payroll systems, which may help connect safety administration with payroll infrastructure but gives the ecosystem a narrower scope than products with broader integration coverage. Choose jobSAFE when wide safety-record coverage, configurable forms and corrective-action tracking matter more than a large integration ecosystem or AI capabilities. Organisations seeking a free plan, AI features or a broader platform footprint should consider alternatives.
