JobRouter review
A broad enterprise workflow platform for document-heavy, complex processes.

JobRouter is a low-code digital process automation platform for organizations managing complex, document-heavy business workflows. It combines visual workflow and form designers with conditional logic, role logic, parallel paths, document management, data management, electronic signatures, and process monitoring. Teams in finance, procurement, human resources, and operations can use it to run processes across web, iOS, Android, API, or self-hosted deployments. Mobile access adds document scanning and barcode recognition, while scheduled, email, file, and barcode-based starts support varied operational triggers.
The published plans show a clear progression in scale and administration. Starter includes 10 users, up to 2 processes, up to 100,000 archived documents, unlimited workflow instances, unlimited process steps, and unlimited integrations. Advanced includes 100 users, unlimited processes and archived documents, one test system, GIT integration, and a process archive. Premium includes 300 users, unlimited processes and archived documents, three test systems, 2,500 Portal users, and a BPMN importer. All plans require a request for pricing, and there is no free plan, so JobRouter is better suited to organizations prepared for a sales-led purchase.
Its ecosystem is designed for enterprise process management rather than isolated task automation. Integrations include Microsoft Office and Outlook, SharePoint, SAP, Sage, DocuWare, eSignAnyWhere, and Zapier, with REST APIs for additional connections. Escalations, deadlines, substitutions, electronic signatures, and AI-assisted document analysis and process logic suggestions extend the platform beyond basic routing. Choose JobRouter when document handling, governance, complex paths, mobile processing, and enterprise integrations matter together. Organizations wanting a free entry tier, public pricing, or a narrower and simpler automation tool should look elsewhere.
