Jitterbit Harmony is a low-code integration platform for organizations connecting SaaS, on-premises, legacy, and data systems. It is aimed at mid-market and enterprise teams that need centralized integration design, workflow orchestration, data transformation, API management, monitoring, and governance. The platform supports web, Windows, Linux, and API access, with cloud agents and privately hosted agents for different connectivity requirements. Its named integrations include Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Slack, Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Amazon S3, Snowflake, and Zendesk.
Pricing is organized into three plans with custom pricing and an annual contract. Standard includes 2-3 connections, standard connections, cloud agents, a 48-hour support response, and unlimited cases per year. Professional increases the allowance to 5 connections and includes a 24-hour support response, while retaining standard connections, cloud agents, and unlimited cases per year. Enterprise provides 8 or more connections, standard connections, optional enterprise connections, cloud agents, a 6-hour support response, and unlimited cases per year. This structure suits organizations that can match connection needs and support expectations to a sales-led plan.
Harmony’s strongest distinction is its combination of hybrid connectivity and integration lifecycle control. Teams can map and transform data, listen for connector events, schedule operations, monitor integrations, and manage projects centrally. API creation, publishing, lifecycle management, and API gateways extend the platform beyond point-to-point data movement. SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 support single sign-on. Choose Harmony when your organization needs managed integrations across cloud, private, and legacy environments; consider a narrower integration product if you need only a small number of simple connections without broader orchestration or API requirements.
