JetEmail is an email marketing and delivery platform for developers, businesses, agencies and hosting providers. Its Marketing Suite combines campaign creation, reusable templates, subscriber management, custom fields, segmentation, signup forms, automated sequences and campaign reporting. The wider platform adds SMTP and REST API delivery, inbound filtering and transactional email through saved templates. It is particularly suited to hosting operators and organizations building or expanding subscriber lists through web forms and API connections.

Pricing is based on stored subscribers rather than messages sent. The Marketing Suite Free plan costs $0 per month for up to 1,000 subscribers and includes campaigns, segments, forms and reporting with no time-limited trial. Starter costs $29 per month for 5,000 subscribers, unlimited marketing sends, 100 AI requests each month and 1 TB of image storage. Higher plans cost $49 per month for 10,000 subscribers, $99 for 25,000, $199 for 50,000, $350 for 100,000 and $2,250 for up to 1,000,000 subscribers; these plans include unlimited sending. Paid plans also provide AI-assisted email writing.

Platform fit is a clear strength for hosting-focused teams. JetEmail lists cPanel, DirectAdmin, Enhance, WordPress and its REST API as integrations, while web and API access support both browser-based campaign work and programmatic delivery. Signup forms can be hosted or embedded and support double opt-in, and automated sequences can be triggered by contact rules. The trade-off is a narrower ecosystem than products built around extensive integrations, with no standalone landing-page creation or A/B testing. Choose JetEmail when subscriber-based pricing, hosting compatibility and combined marketing and transactional delivery matter most; choose an alternative when experimentation tools, landing pages or a broader integration catalog are central requirements.
