Matter management, billing and legal AI in plans from €38 per user per month.

Jarvis Legal brings matter, contact and task management together with billable time tracking, invoicing, document tools and reporting. It is aimed at law firms that want day-to-day practice management in a cloud service, with mobile access and desktop platforms also supported. The range runs from core case administration to document workflows and AI-assisted legal work, so it can suit solo, small and mid-market firms seeking a shared system for client and matter activity.
Pricing is per user per month, with four paid tiers. Essentielle costs €38 and covers contact, matter and task management, invoicing, time tracking, reporting, email synchronization and mobile access. At €48, Essentielle+ adds document management, Office 365 synchronization, offline document access from Mac and PC, and two-way calendar synchronization. Copilote, at €89, adds document editing, customizable templates, integrated e-signature, a client portal, accounting exports and online service of documents. Copilote+ costs €149 and adds the Protégé AI assistant, legal research using LexisNexis sources, document analysis and processing, task automation, and advanced profitability analytics. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card.
The main distinction between plans is how far they take document work: the entry tier centers on matters and billing, while the upper tiers add progressively more document, client-service and AI capabilities. Microsoft 365 is the listed integration, alongside email synchronization; firms relying on a broader connected ecosystem should weigh that fit before choosing Jarvis Legal. AI features are concentrated in Copilote+, making that tier the relevant option for firms prioritizing assisted drafting, summaries, comparisons or legal research. Firms that mainly need matter tracking and invoicing can start with Essentielle, while those needing the client portal or e-signature should look at Copilote or above.
