ISP Billing is a cloud management and billing platform for internet service providers. It brings together customer and CRM records, contracts, quotes, service configuration, recurring invoices, payment collection, electronic invoicing, support tickets, communications, network monitoring, provisioning, and Radius operations. Customer and reseller areas, plus the ISP APP, extend access beyond the main web platform. Its broad scope makes it a fit for small ISPs that want billing and operational workflows in one system rather than separate tools.
Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. ISP Billing Free costs €0 per month and includes service management, recurring invoices and XML, tickets, activities, and quotes. ISP Billing Lite costs €49 per month and includes all Free functions plus ISP Dude, Coverage Map, and Communications. ISP Billing Gold costs €99 per month and lists the same published highlights as Lite: all Free functions, ISP Dude, Coverage Map, and Communications. Optional modules are priced separately, so the plan price may not represent every capability an ISP needs. The published pricing is monthly and in EUR.
The platform’s ecosystem is a notable strength for providers with varied technical and commercial workflows. Listed integrations include Stripe, Aruba FE, Messagenet, FiberCop, UISP, Proxmox, Radius, and VoIP, while the feature set covers both prepaid and postpaid billing, plan management, invoice generation, payment collection, and customer accounts. That breadth suits ISPs seeking a combined business and network operations system. Providers looking for a narrowly focused invoicing tool, or a package with clearly differentiated higher-tier features, may prefer a more specialized alternative.
