Isabel Connect is a multibanking API for Isabel 6 customers, bringing account information, transaction history and payment workflows into compatible ERP and accounting software. It is aimed at businesses that want bank data and payment handling inside their existing business software, including organizations managing multiple entities. Isabel Connect is not a standalone banking connection: it relies on an Isabel 6 account and a compatible software integration, so its fit depends on those being in place.

Bank-file handling is a central strength. The service automatically imports CAMT053, CODA and MT940 statements, and its account data covers balances and transaction history. It can initiate single or bulk payments from ERP or accounting software; payment files go to Isabel 6 for signing under existing mandates before reaching banks. CODA processing can also be automated overnight. This makes the product particularly relevant to Belgian businesses whose workflows depend on CODA or other supported statement formats. Data refresh is scheduled, so buyers should check whether that cadence suits their operational needs.

The integration model is both the main buying consideration and a boundary. Isabel Connect is delivered through an API and connects with the Isabel 6 multibanking platform; it is cloud-based and phone support is listed. According to the vendor's legal notice, updated rate cards have been available only in the customer portal since June 2025, so prospective customers should ask Isabel for current pricing. Choose Isabel Connect if your business already uses Isabel 6 and a compatible ERP or accounting integration, especially when statement imports and payment initiation are priorities. Consider alternatives if you need an independent connection that does not depend on Isabel 6 or a compatible integration.
