Involv Intranet is a SharePoint- and Microsoft 365-based employee intranet from Cognit BV. It brings together internal news, events, jobs, FAQs, documents, employee profiles and organizational information, while adding social feeds, communities, polls, recognition and ideation. The product is aimed at medium and large organizations, including internal communications, HR, IT and frontline workforces, with web, iOS and Android access.
Its plan structure expands from core communication to deeper engagement and intelligence. Core includes news, events, jobs, FAQs, a people directory, audience-targeted content and native mobile apps. Professional adds personalized homepage layouts, notifications, polls, calls to action, analytics and read receipts. Enterprise adds automatic translation, AI search, AI content creation, a newsletter builder and enterprise integrations. QuickStart is a separate fixed-scope SharePoint implementation package with 11 core pages, administrator training, ongoing updates, maintenance and support. Standard plans use a contact-sales model.
