Invoicetrack review
A compliance-focused AP platform with strong SAP automation, but payment stays in the ERP.

Invoicetrack is an accounts payable automation platform for global enterprises and shared-service finance teams. It accepts invoices through email, EDI/webEDI, secure FTP, APIs, procurement networks and e-invoicing portals, then extracts data, validates documents, processes PO and non-PO invoices, applies accounting codes and routes approvals. Its multi-entity support, SAP connectivity and compliance features make it especially relevant to SAP-heavy finance operations with formal controls.
The platform’s strongest area is invoice processing depth. AI-based extraction and document understanding support 150+ languages, while two-, three- and four-way matching can compare invoices with purchase orders, goods receipts, service confirmations and contracts. Invoicetrack can assign GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers, WBS elements and tax codes automatically. Approval routing supports hierarchies, approval matrices and amount thresholds, while bulk exception detection, grouping and resolution address higher-volume review work. Process mining, operational analytics and configurable reporting add visibility beyond basic invoice capture.
Integration and governance are central to the product’s fit. SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and SAP R/3 integrations provide two-way synchronization of master and transactional data, with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite also supported. Global VAT, withholding-tax and e-invoicing compliance support, alongside immutable decision-level audit trails with logged overrides and escalations, suit organizations that need traceable decisions. Pricing is handled through a sales discussion, and payment execution remains in the customer’s ERP. Choose Invoicetrack for controlled, SAP-connected invoice automation; consider an alternative if verified payment execution within the AP platform is essential.
