Intuitive Password is a password manager for individuals, families, teams, and businesses. It stores credentials and sensitive information such as credit cards, secure notes, identification documents, and software licenses. Browser autofill, one-click login, password generation, secure sharing, synchronization, and FIDO2 passkey access cover the core needs of people who want password storage across web, desktop, mobile, and Chrome. Its family and business editions add shared administration for broader groups.

The plan structure gives budget-conscious buyers several entry points. The free Basic Edition includes 20 password items, secure sharing, autofill, a security dashboard, a password generator, and emergency access. Express Edition costs AUD 2 per month when billed annually and adds 2,000 password items, offline access, import and export, security notifications, and IP address whitelisting. Advanced Edition is AUD 5 per month on annual billing, with unlimited items, dark web scan reports, password history, account inheritance, and two-factor authentication. Pro Edition costs AUD 7 and adds larger input fields, more tags, more single-use codes, and priority technical support. Family plans cover up to five members at AUD 8 or AUD 15 per month, while Business Starter covers up to 10 members at AUD 30 per month. Business Plus uses volume-discounted pricing selected by user count.

Its strongest category fit is the combination of passwordless authentication, sharing, and administration. FIDO2 passkeys or device biometrics support passwordless access, while private and custom vaults, team invitations, permissions, roles, and departments address shared-account management. AES-256 encryption and a zero-knowledge architecture provide a stated security foundation, and supported platforms include web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and Chrome. Families and small businesses should consider Intuitive Password when broad device coverage and low annual pricing matter. Buyers needing a wider documented integration ecosystem should compare alternatives.
