InstaDispatch is a cloud-based courier and delivery management platform for same-day, last-mile, parcel, freight-forwarding and e-commerce delivery businesses. It brings together order booking, automated driver allocation, multi-stop route planning, driver navigation, live delivery tracking, electronic proof of delivery, customer portals, branded tracking pages, invoicing and pricing rules. Web, iOS, Android and API access support teams coordinating deliveries across office and mobile workflows.

The pricing structure gives small operators a low-commitment entry point. The Free plan includes 50 shipments or tasks, one branch or warehouse, one driver or agent, basic support, and unlimited dispatchers and customers. A 14-day free trial is also available. The Small plan costs $129 per month and raises capacity to 1,000 shipments or tasks and five drivers or agents. Medium costs $259 per month for 2,000 shipments or tasks, two branches or warehouses and 10 drivers or agents. Large costs $649 per month for 5,000 shipments or tasks, three branches or warehouses and priority support. Enterprise costs $1,299 per month, includes 10,000 shipments or tasks, five branches or warehouses, unlimited drivers or agents, priority support and a dedicated account manager.

Its strongest fit is for courier businesses that need more than dispatch alone. Driver apps, live tracking, photo-and-signature proof of delivery, customer notifications and invoicing cover the operational path from booking through completion. Integrations include Courier Exchange, DHL, UK Mail, UPS, FedEx, DSV, Norsk, Parcelforce, DPD, Palletways, APC, Pro Carrier, Tuffnells, Pargo and TNT. Small teams should consider InstaDispatch if they want a free starting plan and room to expand; businesses needing only a narrow dispatch tool may find its wider feature set unnecessary.
