Inspectivity is a cloud-based inspection management platform for HSE, maintenance, engineering and field teams. It supports digital inspection forms, asset and inspection records, issue management, corrective close-outs, scheduling and reporting. Online and offline work makes it relevant to industrial asset programs across construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, facilities and transportation, while its Android mobile app is aimed at field inspections on tablets.

The published plans show a paid structure with a 14-day free trial rather than a permanent free plan. Essentials costs AUD 75 per user per month, billed monthly, and includes asset modelling, digital inspections, templates, photo attachments, analytics and reporting, plus 3 complimentary read-only users. Professional costs AUD 600 per month, billed monthly, requires at least 5 users, and adds unlimited projects, inspection templates, photos and roles, along with advanced analytics and reporting and 20 complimentary read-only users. Enterprise adds API integration, single sign-on, Business Intelligence visualisation, concierge service, single-tenant infrastructure and a staging environment.

Inspectivity fits organisations that need more than digital checklists. Asset hierarchies, configurable workflows, inspection scheduling, annotated photo and video evidence, dashboards, PDF reports and Excel exports support a connected inspection process from field capture through close-out. REST API integrations can connect the platform with ERP systems, APM/RBI tools, 3D modelling software and Business Intelligence systems. The main trade-offs are platform coverage and entry cost: mobile field work is documented for Android tablets, and the Essentials price may be difficult to justify for smaller or occasional inspection teams. Choose Inspectivity when industrial assets, offline work and integration depth matter; consider a broader or lower-cost alternative if iOS coverage or a lighter entry plan is important.
