Innowi Ordering Channel gives restaurants a branded web ordering page under a custom domain. It supports pickup, scheduled delivery, and catering, with orders routed to Innowi POS and kitchen display systems. Checkout accepts cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Independent restaurants such as fast-casual operators, pizzerias, food trucks, full-service restaurants, and multi-location businesses can also manage promotions, discount codes, loyalty communication, and customer lists while retaining customer data. The cloud product is aimed at small and mid-market operations already using Innowi’s restaurant technology.

Pricing is handled through contact-sales conversations, and Innowi describes a flat monthly rate rather than per-order commissions. The ordering workflow connects with Innowi POS and Innowi KDS, while order aggregation brings in DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. That combination can keep direct orders and third-party delivery activity within a connected operating setup. Scheduled delivery and catering support extend the channel beyond basic on-demand pickup, and digital-wallet checkout gives customers multiple payment methods.

The main trade-off is ecosystem fit. Restaurants that already run Innowi POS and KDS have a clear path to synchronized order handling, customer-data ownership, and direct ordering. Businesses using other point-of-sale systems, or those seeking a platform independent of a specific restaurant stack, should compare alternatives before committing. The web-only deployment may also be less suitable for operators prioritizing a native mobile ordering app. Choose Innowi Ordering Channel when branded direct ordering and Innowi workflow alignment matter most; look elsewhere when broad platform neutrality is the priority.

Innowi Ordering Channel pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Branded ordering page with custom domain, pickup, delivery, and catering.
    • POS/KDS synchronization plus DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub aggregation.
    • Digital wallets, promotions, loyalty tools, and customer data ownership.
  • Where it doesn't
    • Pricing requires a contact-sales conversation.
    • Core POS/KDS workflow depends on the Innowi stack.
    • Web delivery may not suit restaurants seeking native mobile ordering apps.
