InLoox is project and portfolio management software for organizations planning, executing, and monitoring work across departments. It combines board, list, timeline, and Gantt task views with dependencies, milestones, critical-path planning, resource capacity, time tracking, budgets, documents, reports, dashboards, and mind maps. Web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, API, and self-hosted options support teams that need Microsoft 365 alignment across cloud and company-network deployments.

The published editions show a progression from core project operations to portfolio governance. Professional includes project and multi-project management, document and resource management, budgets, time tracking, reports, and limited AI assistance. Enterprise adds an AI Assistant, project request workflows, project and multi-project dashboards, departmental permissions, and custom fields. Enterprise Plus adds project portfolio management, risk management, up to 10 customizable project roles, higher API page sizes, and a backup interface for third-party backup solutions. Self-Hosted is designed for hosting in the customer’s company network and includes file storage connections plus web, Outlook, Teams, and mobile apps. Listed editions use contact-sales pricing, and a 14-day trial is available without a credit card.

Microsoft 365 fit is the clearest reason to consider InLoox. Integrations include Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Planner, Power Automate, Power BI, Project, and Excel, supporting workflows that connect communication, identity, files, automation, reporting, and planning. The platform also offers email-to-task workflows, financial reports, workload management, and portfolio reporting, giving project offices a wider operating layer than a task-only tool. Choose InLoox if your organization wants detailed planning and resource oversight within a Microsoft-centered environment. Consider another product if transparent pricing, a permanent free tier, or a narrower task-management experience matters more than this breadth.
