Infuro ERP review
A broad, AI-enabled cloud ERP for Indian finance, operations, and manufacturing workflows.

Infuro ERP is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning platform for Indian manufacturers, traders, distributors, and SMEs. It brings together finance, general ledger, invoicing, GST, inventory, sales, purchasing, production, CRM, and mobile workflows. Its scope suits businesses managing multiple warehouses, manufacturing operations, marketplace orders, or more than one legal entity. Mobile apps for iOS and Android extend approvals, inventory, sales, reports, and shop-floor workflows beyond the web platform.
The plans are modular and quote-based. Starter includes inventory and finance, GST e-invoicing, mobile apps, and email support. Growth adds production and purchase, marketplace connectors, and priority support alongside the Starter modules. Enterprise adds agents and workflows, API and webhook access, and a dedicated CSM. Implementation and connectors are quoted separately, so buyers should include those services when assessing the total project scope. There is no free plan.
Infuro’s ecosystem is a notable part of its fit. Integrations include Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, Cashfree, PayPal, ShipRocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, and FedEx. REST APIs, webhooks, event streams, and third-party connectors support broader system connections, while multi-entity governance, role-based access, audit trails, and maker-checker workflows address operational control. Founded in 2020, Infuro is a newer ERP option with a wide functional footprint. Choose it if GST-ready operations, manufacturing, marketplace connectivity, and AI-enabled workflows belong in one cloud system. Businesses seeking a longer-established ERP product or a simple, narrowly focused tool should consider alternatives.
