Infraspeak is a cloud-based facilities management platform for facility managers, maintenance teams, service providers and other operational stakeholders. It brings work-order creation, assignment and status tracking together with preventive maintenance, asset lifecycle records, inspections, supplier collaboration, inventory, procurement, analytics and compliance workflows. Web access, iOS and Android apps, offline mobile operation and an API make it suited to organizations coordinating complex, multi-site or collaborative facilities operations.
Its strongest point is breadth without limiting the workflow to maintenance tickets alone. Teams can schedule recurring tasks, manage inspections and checklists, track assets with NFC, QR and barcode support, and connect operational work with suppliers, contractors, inventory and procurement. Analytics, dashboards and operational reporting extend the platform beyond daily task management.
