InfoPanel review
A data-focused signage platform for operational displays across multiple locations.

InfoPanel is a cloud digital signage and screen-management platform for organizations that need live operational information on displays. It suits hotels, restaurants, factories, warehouses, offices and public institutions managing screens across locations. Content can include live business data, AI-generated layouts, playlists, KPI tiles, trend charts, SLA counters and shift summaries. Centralized management, scheduling by date, time, location and audience, offline content caching, and browser-capable hardware support give it a practical focus on business communication rather than purely promotional signage.
Its strongest differentiator is connectivity. InfoPanel supports REST APIs and JSON feeds, alongside integrations for Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Google Sheets, Excel, WooCommerce, Shopify, Allegro, Baselinker, Jira, Zendesk, PostgreSQL, MySQL and SQL Server. The plan structure adds capability progressively: Small Business introduces AI Builder, playlists, basic integrations and email support; Business adds operational data widgets, a REST API connector, Google Calendar and role management; Professional adds Microsoft 365, SQL connectivity, priority support, audit logs and advanced monitoring; Enterprise adds dedicated infrastructure, an SLA, custom integrations and an on-premise option.
For distributed operations teams, monitoring is a meaningful strength: device heartbeats, offline alerts and cached content help keep screens useful when connectivity is interrupted. Role-based access control and multi-location management also fit organizations with different administrators or sites. The trade-off is focus and scale: InfoPanel is more compelling for data-led operational displays than for teams seeking a broad creative-content suite, and the three-screen limit can restrict smaller deployments as they grow. Choose it when connected business data and operational visibility matter most; consider an alternative if you need wider platform coverage or a less constrained screen rollout.
