Infomaniak Mail provides custom-domain business email for organizations and professionals, with webmail, mobile access, contacts and calendars. It suits teams that want ample mailbox capacity alongside shared address access and email security controls. Access is available on web, iOS and Android, and users can connect IMAP and SMTP clients. The service also includes migration tools, aliases and forwarding, with centralized user administration described by the vendor.

The plan choice shapes more than mailbox capacity: all listed paid plans have unlimited email storage. kSuite Standard includes two professional email addresses per user and 50 GB of kDrive storage per user; Business raises those amounts to five addresses and 3 TB, while Enterprise includes ten addresses, 6 TB and Custom Brand. Each kSuite plan includes the kSuite ecosystem. Mail Service is the standalone option, with a professional email address and unlimited storage. The free offering gives another entry point, though custom-domain email may require purchasing a domain; a generic Infomaniak address is also available. According to the vendor's pricing page, annual kSuite prices and a monthly standalone Mail Service price are shown, excluding VAT.

Security and continuity are notable parts of the service: Infomaniak documents anti-spam and antivirus filtering, SPF, DKIM and DMARC support, OpenPGP and ECC encryption, backups and 30-day email restoration. Shared email-address access can be assigned with granular permissions. The main trade-off is platform breadth: access is listed for web and mobile rather than a broader set of platforms. Choose Infomaniak Mail if unlimited storage, migration, shared access and restoration matter; teams seeking wider platform coverage may prefer an alternative.

    • kSuite adds file storage and ecosystem features beyond standalone mail
    • Custom-domain email on the free offering may require buying a domain
