An enterprise engagement suite for automating journeys across 15+ channels.

Infobip Customer Engagement Platform is part of AgentOS, an enterprise system for managing customer interactions across messaging and digital channels. It is aimed at organizations coordinating acquisition, retention, and support, especially those that need customer profiles, audience segmentation, automated campaigns, and service handoffs in one system. A visual journey builder lets teams shape behavior-triggered and profile-based interactions, while AI chatbots and agents can escalate to human agents when needed.
Channel breadth is a central strength: campaign delivery spans 15+ channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, email, mobile push, voice, in-app messaging, and social messaging services. A/B testing and send-time optimization support campaign decisions; automatic channel failover is designed to keep delivery moving when a channel cannot be used. Real-time engagement analytics and reporting round out the campaign workflow. The platform is available through web and API, and connects with CRMs, data warehouses, and external systems through REST APIs and webhooks. Buyers should assess whether these integration paths fit their existing stack.
The AgentOS plan starts at $530 per month, billed monthly, and includes full platform access, 30 user seats, monthly AI credits, 15+ channels, free unlimited inbound messages, and broadcasts with no processing fee. Outbound messages incur a processing fee, and regional CPaaS delivery fees also apply, so the monthly entry price is not the whole cost picture. There is no free plan. This is a stronger fit for enterprise teams that can make use of broad channel coverage and coordinated journeys; organizations seeking a low-cost or narrowly focused engagement tool should compare alternatives before committing to its platform scope and additional fees.
