Incogneato is a web-based feedback collection and communication tool for businesses, organizations, and individuals. It focuses on anonymous suggestion boxes, employee surveys, confidential reporting forms, and two-way conversations. Teams can create single- or multi-question boxes, share them through unique URLs or website widgets, organize responses with labels and delegated managers, and export collected data. Its feature set also covers pulse surveys, feedback workflows, sentiment analysis, AI-generated summaries, forums, and assignments, making it a fit for organizations that prioritize candid employee communication.
Pricing is organized into three annual-billed plans. Professional costs $49 USD per month and includes unlimited feedback, real-time anonymous chat, 25 secure anonymous multi-question boxes, up to four questions per box, Feedback Tone, and Feedback Lens. Premier costs $99 USD per month and adds unlimited secure anonymous multi-question boxes, up to 25 questions per box, the entire template library, voting and discussion, and box administrators. Enterprise costs $599 USD per month and adds SAML single sign-on, enterprise-level support, service-level agreements, onboarding assistance, and custom contracts. A 14-day trial is available, while the listed plans are paid.
Incogneato’s strongest distinction is the combination of anonymous collection and continued conversation: conversation codes support anonymous follow-up without reducing the workflow to one-way surveys. Feedback Tone and Feedback Lens add analysis to collected responses, while labels, assignments, delegated managers, and exports support internal response management. The ecosystem is narrower than broader employee engagement suites, with web access and Slack as the listed integration. Choose Incogneato when anonymous dialogue is central to your program; organizations needing a wider integration ecosystem or broader platform coverage should consider an alternative.
