Incentivizer is a cloud platform for vendors and distributors running incentive programs through partner channels. It supports deal-registration, sales-accelerator and task-based programs for partner sales, enablement and marketing. Teams can configure eligibility and claim forms, invite participants, review claims, and track participation and reward spend. It is aimed at partner teams automating claim handling and reward payouts, rather than companies seeking employee engagement, CRM or MDF management software.
The claims workflow combines configurable forms and custom fields with manual review or bulk CSV verification. Automatic duplicate-claim blocking and participant claim-status tracking help organize submissions, while the reporting dashboard offers CSV export. Approved rewards can be issued digitally through secure redemption links; a reward wallet and real-time budget tracking provide visibility into program funding. Rewards include Amazon e-gift cards and charitable donations on Starter, travel and hospitality e-gift cards on Pro, and additional choices on Advanced. Multi-currency rewards are supported in GBP, USD and EUR.
Pricing is paid, with a 14-day Trial that provides full Starter access but excludes the rewards wallet and reward issuance. Starter costs $1,215 per month with annual billing or $1,350 monthly, for one live incentive, 150 users, three countries and three custom claim fields. Pro costs $2,515 annually billed or $2,795 monthly, adding up to two incentives, 500 users, 20 countries and eight fields. Advanced is $4,495 annually billed or $4,995 monthly, with up to three incentives, 1,000 users, 40 countries and 20 fields. Enterprise offers unlimited users, countries and incentives, physical as well as digital rewards, and managed or co-managed service options. Choose it for structured partner claims and payouts; teams needing CRM integration or SSO should wait until those capabilities are available or consider another fit.
