IMS-Audit Cloud is a browser-based audit management SaaS for quality-management teams. It supports audit programme planning, tablet and browser-based execution, question catalogues, findings, corrective and preventive actions, evidence, risk assessment, document control, reporting and management reviews. The product is designed for owner-managed mid-sized companies through international corporations, including organisations in automotive, medical technology, mechanical engineering and other regulated industries. It also supports internal, supplier and international audits across multiple sites and standards.
Pricing is structured by user count, with all modules and features included in each paid plan. The 1-user plan costs €49 per user per month when billed annually and includes five portal accounts. The 5-user plan costs €245 per month and includes 20 portal accounts; the 10-user plan costs €400 per month and includes 40 portal accounts. The 20-user plan costs €749 per month, includes 80 portal accounts and adds a training environment. Plans include unlimited audits, actions and reports, multiple plants, sites and departments. Prices are net plus VAT, billed annually with a 12-month minimum term, and introductory prices are stated as valid until October 1, 2026.
Its strongest fit is for teams that need more than a basic audit checklist. Central evidence storage, effectiveness tracking, escalation, 8D reports, complaint workflows, controlled documents, KPI dashboards and corporate-design PDF reports give the platform a wide quality-management scope. Excel and CSV support help with catalogue and data workflows, while DeepL and authenticator integrations support multilingual and authenticated access. The trade-offs are a web-only platform, no free plan and separately sold ready-made standard question catalogues. Choose IMS-Audit Cloud when one system must coordinate audits, actions, risks and quality records across sites; choose an alternative if a free entry tier or packaged catalogues is essential.
