IGMsg automates Instagram direct messages for creators, brands, and agencies that want to turn comments or Story replies into conversations and track campaign outcomes. Keyword triggers can start a DM when someone comments on a post, Reel, or Live; Story automation supports keywords or any-reply mode. Message variants, personalized usernames, link buttons, optional public comment replies, lead tagging, CSV export, and automated follow-ups extend the workflow. The product is cloud-based and supports Instagram Professional accounts, according to its description.
The published plans show a free Starter plan with basic analytics and email support. Pro costs $14 per month or $99 per year, adding advanced analytics and priority email support.
