iGear Radio brings internet radio and podcasts to Android phones and Wear OS watches. It suits listeners who want to manage stations on a phone and continue playback from a watch, including when the watch streams independently over Wi-Fi or LTE. The app also offers station search and organization, custom stream management, listening history, a home-screen widget, a Wear OS Tile, and a sleep timer. Its focus is phone-and-watch listening rather than broad platform coverage or offline playback.

The watch experience is the clearest distinction: playback can run directly on a Wear OS watch, and controls work in both directions between phone and watch. Cloud sync covers stations and podcasts, while podcast playback adds listening beyond live radio. The category specifications list 60,000 stations, but offline listening and CarPlay support are not included. Android and Wear OS listeners who value independent watch streaming may find this combination a good fit; listeners who need offline listening or CarPlay should look elsewhere.

The main app offers a three-day Premium trial. iGear Radio Premium includes premium features for phone and watch, cloud sync, and priority customer support; according to the vendor's product website, subscription pricing is not shown. iGear Radio Pro is a separate watch-only app sold as a one-time purchase, so buyers should distinguish it from the phone-and-watch app before choosing. Email is the listed support channel. Choose the main app for synced phone-and-watch use, or Pro for a one-time-purchase watch app; neither option is a match for listeners who require offline playback.
