A delivery workflow suite with driver proof of delivery, tracking, returns and custody records.

IDS Advanced Delivery Management brings dispatch, driver workflows and customer shipment tracking together for courier, cartage, final-mile, medical and regulated-goods operators. Dispatchers can assign and monitor shipments from a board, while drivers use mobile apps to capture photos, signatures and barcode scans as proof of delivery. Customers can follow shipments through a tracking page or shipper portal. The combination is aimed at teams that need operational visibility as well as a record of what happened during delivery, rather than a simple dispatch board alone.
The published plans show a Dispatch tier with a $399 monthly platform fee plus $39 per active driver per month. It includes dispatch boards, a rating engine, a driver app with proof of delivery and scanning, and tracking pages with notifications. Complete adds returns workflows, route optimization, a full portal and assisted CSV and EDI import; API access begins at this tier. Enterprise adds a chain-of-custody and compliance suite, EDI at scale, multi-brand support, SSO and named support. The recurring platform charge sits alongside per-driver fees, so the total rises with the active driver count. Teams comparing plans should weigh those ongoing costs against the workflows they need.
The product’s strongest fit is an operation that needs delivery evidence, barcode scanning, offline shipment updates and returns in one cloud and mobile system. Its append-only custody-scan audit trail is relevant to teams handling regulated deliveries, while Salesforce, accounting systems and EDI are listed integration options. Smaller or simpler fleets may find the platform-plus-driver pricing and tiered API access harder to justify if they only need basic dispatch and tracking. Choose IDS when shipment accountability and reverse logistics matter; consider a narrower tool if those workflows are unnecessary.
