IdeaForm is a browser-based AI form builder for solo creators and teams making surveys, applications, quizzes, intake forms, and other structured workflows. Users describe a form in natural language, then edit its fields, pages, navigation logic, and thank-you page. It suits people who want a prompt-generated starting point but still need control over the finished form, particularly when a single-page layout is not enough.
Its core strength is the combination of generation and routing. A drag-and-drop editor supports multi-page forms, page navigation, and conditional logic, while templates cover several form types. Once published, forms can be shared through links or embedded on a website. Views, submissions, and completion analytics provide visibility into responses; the dashboard also supports filtering and export. Workspace roles and permission-based access, along with webhooks and email response automation, make it more suited to collaborative workflows than a bare form builder. Choose it when these form-building and response-management capabilities matter; the available platform is web and deployment is cloud.

Pro is $24 per month and adds multiple workspaces, unlimited team invitations, higher AI and storage limits, and removal of IdeaForm branding. Business costs $89 per month and adds the highest usage limits and priority support to Pro. Annual billing is offered at a discount. There are practical boundaries: the payment-form tool creates intake forms for connection to an external processor rather than processing payments, and automated approval workflows are not yet shipped. Teams that need payment processing or approval flows inside the product should look elsewhere; teams focused on routed, multi-page forms can start with Free and consider a paid tier for collaboration or higher limits.
