ICTDialer is a communications platform for teams managing inbound and outbound call campaigns, contact records, IVR workflows and fax broadcasting. It combines predictive and preview dialing with campaign scheduling, browser-based WebRTC calling, caller-ID configuration, real-time dashboards and reporting. CRM contact and lead management supports communication workflows, while fax broadcasting and fax-to-email extend the product beyond voice campaigns. It is a strong fit for call centers that want self-hosting, API access and a broad operational toolkit rather than a narrow prerecorded-message broadcaster.

The published plans show two $10-per-agent-per-month options, billed monthly. Call Center includes inbound and outbound call-center functions, fax marketing, the CRM communications module, real-time dashboards and reporting, and two concurrent channels per agent. FAX Services adds outbound bulk fax marketing while also including inbound and outbound call-center functions, CRM communications, dashboards and reporting, and two concurrent channels per agent. Hosted plans also use prepaid credit for voice calls and fax pages. The product has no free plan, so teams should account for both agent subscriptions and usage credit when comparing costs.

Platform fit is a central consideration. ICTDialer is available through web, API and self-hosted deployment, with a REST API and third-party integrations for connecting it to other systems. Its open-source positioning requires careful product selection: ICTInnovations describes an open-source FreeSWITCH ICTDialer, while ICTDialer.com is the hosted ICTVision service, and these are separate offerings that share the name. Choose ICTDialer when dialing modes, CRM, IVR, reporting, fax workflows and deployment flexibility belong in one system. Teams seeking AI features or a more specifically defined broadcasting experience should consider an alternative.
