Icegram Express is a self-hosted WordPress email marketing plugin for bloggers, creators, site owners, and businesses that want subscriber collection and email campaigns inside WordPress. It supports customizable subscription forms and widgets, newsletter broadcasts, blog post notifications, autoresponder drip sequences, email workflows, audience segmentation, filtered sending, and campaign tracking. WooCommerce, membership, donation, learning, and form integrations make it especially relevant for WordPress sites whose email activity follows purchases, registrations, donations, or content updates.

Pricing is straightforward. Lite costs $0 forever for one supported site and includes unlimited contacts, unlimited emails, unlimited forms, unlimited lists, and summary-only reports. Max costs $99 per year for three supported sites and adds detailed reports, automation workflows, and advanced audience filtering while retaining unlimited contacts and emails. Scheduled and batch sending, bounce handling, spam protection, list cleaning, opt-in controls, and SMTP support cover important operational needs. Email delivery can use the site’s mail server, SMTP, or a third-party email service, so delivery configuration remains part of the WordPress environment rather than being entirely abstracted away.

Its strongest fit is a WordPress-centered ecosystem. Integrations include WooCommerce, WooCommerce Memberships, MemberPress, Ultimate Member, Paid Memberships Pro, LearnDash, several form plugins, Easy Digital Downloads, GiveWP Donation, YITH Wishlist, and Gmail API. A REST API supports subscriber management. The trade-off is a narrower feature and platform scope: built-in A/B testing is not included, and manual testing is required instead. Landing pages, AI features, and broader platform coverage are also outside its stated positioning. Choose Icegram Express when self-hosting and WordPress integration matter most; choose another product when native experimentation or a wider standalone marketing platform is the priority.
