A capable desktop choice for international SEPA batches, validation and reconciliation.

IBANC pay-collect-control is desktop software for organisations that create SEPA direct-debit and credit-transfer batches. It combines mandate, contact and group management with automatic transaction validation, error checking and SEPA XML export. The product is aimed at membership organisations, associations, foundations, companies, government institutions and financial departments. Windows, macOS and Linux editions make it suitable for teams that want desktop-based processing across those operating systems.
Pricing is structured around non-recurrent edition costs, excluding VAT. IBANC Standard costs €279 and includes SEPA CORE direct debits, credit transfers, mandate management and Excel/CSV import. IBANC Business costs €599 and adds SEPA B2B direct debits, salary payments and CAMT.053 reconciliation. IBANC Ultimate costs €1,099 and adds unlimited bank accounts, unlimited transactions per batch, BTL91 import and checksum options; international payments are optional. Annual update services cost €137 for Standard, €287 for Business and €417 for Ultimate, covering software, regulatory and security updates plus phone and email support. A free trial is limited to three transactions per batch.
The strongest fit is for finance teams that need control over batch creation, mandate records, validation and bank-file workflows rather than a narrow direct-debit utility. Imports can include Excel, CSV, SEPA XML and other formats, while integrations include accounting, ERP and CRM software alongside PAIN, BTL91 and CAMT.053 formats. Reconciliation and return/reject tracking add useful post-submission visibility. IBANC Server extends the Ultimate functionality with multiple simultaneous users, centralized storage and management, customization options, and Citrix/Azure virtual network support. Choose IBANC when desktop control and SEPA processing depth matter; consider an alternative if a different operating model is required.
