I'mBoard is a cloud board-management platform for nonprofit boards, executive directors, and board chairs. It brings board packet assembly, agendas, reports, program updates, committee attachments, meeting coordination, minutes, decisions, votes, and action-item follow-up into one workspace. Staff can collect packet contributions, send reminders, maintain a searchable archive, and share materials through links. Board members can review materials, while teams can use AI-assisted narrative drafting and track owners and follow-ups.

Pricing is organized around two monthly plans charged per board. Verified Nonprofit costs $74 USD per board per month for EIN-verified 501(c)(3) organizations. Standard costs $149 USD per board per month and is available to any organization. Both plans include all board members and committees, full-archive export, monthly billing, and cancellation anytime. A trial of up to 60 days is available, but there is no ongoing $0 plan. The lower nonprofit price makes verification an important eligibility condition for budget planning.

Integration and automation are central to I'mBoard's positioning. The platform lists QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, HubSpot, and Salesforce integrations, giving nonprofit teams connections across finance, payments, fundraising, and CRM workflows. Its REST API, MCP server, and CLI provide additional access for teams that want to connect board information to other systems. The product is available on the web and through an API. Organizations seeking a focused board workspace with finance-system connections should consider I'mBoard; teams that require mobile apps or a longer-established product may prefer an alternative.
