Our verdict on I Can't Wake Up! Alarm Clock
I Can't Wake Up! Alarm Clock is an Android alarm app for people who want more than a standard dismiss button. It supports multiple alarms, daily repeats and snooze, and can require up to eight configurable wake-up tasks before an alarm stops. That makes it suited to heavy sleepers who prefer an active dismissal step, rather than anyone looking for a simple alarm with a single tap to turn it off.
Its standout feature is the range of tasks: math, memory matching, tile order, sequence repeat, barcode scanning, rewriting text, shaking the phone and word matching. Alarm-quitting prevention options add another barrier to dismissing an alarm, while an awake test can restart it if you fail. These features make the app’s focus clear: users can combine challenges and follow-up checks to make waking up harder to bypass. The trade-off is that this task-heavy approach is not a fit for someone who wants the quickest possible way to stop an alarm.
The app is free with ads, and an in-app purchase can remove them. It also offers gradually increasing volume and lets users choose ringtones, MP3 files, playlists or built-in loud sounds as alarm audio. Its listed platform is Android, and email is the stated support channel. Choose it if you want recurring alarms and several configurable dismissal challenges in one Android app; look elsewhere if you need a non-Android option or an alarm without ads in the free version.
