Hypar is a cloud-based BIM and space-planning platform for architects, engineers, and BIM managers. It supports 3D building and space planning, early layouts, program tracking, design options, furniture and equipment placement, and real-time multi-user collaboration. The product is best suited to teams evaluating building feasibility, coordinating early design decisions, and tracking live area and equipment metrics across projects.

The Personal plan is free for evaluation and learning, supports up to 3 owned projects, and does not require a credit card. Professional costs $100 per user per month when billed monthly or $1,000 per user per year when billed annually. It adds automatic clash detection with editable clearances, design options, DWG import, DXF/DWG export, and live-link sharing. Studio includes all paid features along with single sign-on, local license reassignment, and volume pricing.
