An all-in-one collaborative board with video meetings, planning tools, and presentations.

HuddleIQ is a collaborative online whiteboard for business teams, educators, coaches, consultants, and remote groups. It combines real-time editing on an infinite canvas with video and screen conferencing, document presentation, annotations, polls, voting, chat, comments, and task-management tools. Teams can use shared boards for brainstorming, workshops, meetings, education, planning, diagrams, and Kanban workflows. It is available through the web, with applications for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android.
The plan structure supports a free starting point and a 14-day free trial. Free includes 3 team members, 3 whiteboards, 200 objects per board, 100 MB of storage, basic templates, and self-service support. Standard costs $9.50 per user per month when billed monthly or $7 per user per month when billed annually, adding unlimited members and whiteboards, 25 GB of storage, cloud storage integrations, custom templates, and guest access. Premium costs $16 monthly or $12 annually per user and adds 500 GB of storage, all integrations, cards and task management, all templates, and unlimited visitors.
Its main distinction is breadth: the same shared board can support visual collaboration, live communication, document presentation, feedback, and structured work tracking. Integrations include Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, and Microsoft Teams, while board permissions, history, projects, and notifications support ongoing team work. Board exports are available in PNG and PDF. HuddleIQ suits teams that want meetings and collaborative boards in one product, particularly when templates, guests, and task cards matter. Buyers seeking a narrower whiteboard focused on a larger integration ecosystem or more clearly defined AI canvas capabilities may prefer an alternative.
