Hubl is a digital food-safety management app for restaurants, cafés, pubs, hotels, bakeries, catering businesses, food trucks and other hospitality operators. It replaces paper diaries with temperature logs, recurring checklists, delivery records, allergen management, corrective actions, document storage and reporting. Single-site businesses and multi-site groups can use mobile apps alongside a web-based reporting dashboard, with records stored in the cloud for environmental health officer inspections.

Pricing is structured by site and billed monthly. Tall costs GBP 19 per site per month and includes unlimited users and devices, live compliance status, EHO-reviewed checklists, recurring checks, temperature logging and delivery recording. Grande costs GBP 32 and adds checklist customisation, allergen management, a reporting dashboard, document management and priority support. Venti costs GBP 45 and adds the Orbit AI assistant, food-wastage logging, incident logging and risk assessments. Venti Plus costs GBP 65 and adds personalised digital food-safety and health-and-safety management systems, food-safety helpline support, document amendments and a first annual review. Prices exclude VAT, and a 14-day free trial is available.

The main strength is breadth: Hubl brings operational records, compliance workflows and management oversight into one system. Its features cover hot, cold, cooking, sous-vide and hot-holding temperatures; 14 regulated allergens; expiry tracking; corrective actions; risk assessments; incidents; waste; and multi-site audit history. Orbit can answer questions and support record entry. Businesses that need only basic temperature logging may find the wider feature set and tier structure unnecessary, while groups needing those connected workflows should consider Hubl, particularly from Grande upward.
